Welcome!
I am a graduate of the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at IU Indianapolis, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration.
This site showcases my academic experiences, internships, projects, and involvements that have shaped my growth both personally and professionally. These experiences have guided my journey in healthcare and helped strengthen my passion for improving patient care systems, which I will continue to build on as I pursue a future in occupational therapy.
Please feel free to explore my ePortfolio to learn more about my journey, interests, and future goals.

About Me
My name is Hadeel Saadeh, a Health Services Management major on the pre-Occupational Therapy track at IU Indianapolis. After I complete my bachelor's in Health Service Management, I will be attending the IU Indianapolis Occupational Therapy Doctorate program. I’m passionate about improving healthcare delivery by combining administrative knowledge with patient-centered care. My goal is to help shape a healthcare system that is more organized, accessible, and equitable; one that truly supports both patients and providers.
I’m especially interested in the overlap of clinical care and healthcare operations, and how thoughtful leadership and communication can directly improve patient outcomes. Through both my academic journey and hands-on experiences, I’ve developed a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact not only in healthcare, but all over with a long-term vision of working in occupational therapy while also leading change within healthcare organizations.
Why Health Services Management?
I chose Health Services Management because I believe strong healthcare leadership is key to quality patient care. This major equips me with the skills to improve hospital operations, navigate policy, and advocate for meaningful change.
My goal is to bridge the gap between clinical care and administration, improving healthcare delivery and systems. By combining Health Services Management with my passion for occupational therapy, I aim to improve delivery of care while delivering care
