Experiences

Throughout my college journey, I have pursued experiences beyond the classroom to strengthen my leadership, service, and healthcare skills. This page highlights the roles and opportunities that have shaped my professional growth and prepared me for a future in healthcare.

Volunteer Experience

Through my volunteer work with Islamic Relief USA, I have supported community-based relief efforts and outreach initiatives focused on underserved populations. These experiences strengthened my commitment to service and reinforced the importance of compassion and community engagement beyond clinical settings.

Internship Experience

As a Grant Researcher at Public Health Connect, I support funding and development efforts by identifying grant opportunities aligned with public health initiatives. This role has strengthened my research, analytical, and professional writing skills while deepening my understanding of how funding drives community health programs.

Student Organizations

Through leadership roles in multiple student organizations such as the Middle Eastern Student Association, Indiana Muslim Advocacy Network, and UNICEF, I have developed strong skills in advocacy, event planning, fundraising, and team management. These experiences have shaped my commitment to service, equity, and community impact while strengthening my leadership and communication abilities.
