This Pecha Kucha presentation, Bridging Care: My Journey into Health Service Management and Occupational Therapy, was created for my Professionalism course. It highlights my academic and personal journey, exploring how my passion for patient-centered care led me to pursue both health services management and occupational therapy. Through this presentation, I reflect on the experiences, values, and goals that have shaped my path and prepared me for a future dedicated to improving healthcare systems and patient outcomes.
What I learned
I chose this assignment because it represents a very meaningful reflection of my academic and personal growth. This presentation pushed me to think deeply about my journey and clearly connect my passion for patient-centered care with my goals in both health services management and occupational therapy. It was also a new and challenging format that required me to be intentional with both my visuals and storytelling. I am proud of this work because it showcases my ability to communicate my experiences, values, and future aspirations in a concise and engaging way, skills that will be essential as I move forward in my career.
